These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form an agreement between you and Konforum İnşaat (“we”, “us”) for using Bus Manager. By downloading, opening or using the app, you accept these Terms.
1. License
We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use. You must not copy source code, reverse engineer (except where legally permitted), disrupt the service, or use bots/cheats.
2. Accounts
You may play as a guest or via social sign-in. You are responsible for account security. Fraud, cheating, harassment, illegal content or abuse is prohibited. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.
3. Virtual items and purchases
In-game currencies, gacha pulls, cosmetics, battle pass, VIP benefits and similar content are licensed virtual items and do not confer real-world ownership. Purchases are processed via Apple/Google and RevenueCat. See our Refund Policy.
4. User content and cooperatives
If you create co-op names, chat or similar content, you grant us a license to use it to operate the service. Illegal, infringing or harmful content is prohibited; we may remove it.
5. Live-Ops and changes
We may change, pause or end events, economy parameters, odds and features without prior notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
6. Intellectual property
The app, brands, art, text and game design belong to us or our licensors. Commercial use without written permission is prohibited.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is”. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
8. Termination
You may stop using the app at any time. See Account & Data Deletion. We may terminate access for violations or if we discontinue the service.
9. Governing law
Subject to mandatory consumer protections, these Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
