1. Data we collect
- Account data: guest account identifiers; if you use social sign-in, provider ID, display name and email (to the extent provided).
- Device and app data: device UUID, platform (iOS/Android), app version, OS version, locale, session ID.
- Gameplay data: company progress, inventory, trips, quests, cooperative membership, VIP/battle pass status, purchases and entitlements.
- Payment data: in-app purchases are processed via App Store / Google Play and RevenueCat. We do not store card details; we may keep transaction identifiers and entitlement state.
- Notification data: FCM device token if you enable push notifications.
- Support communications: information you share when contacting us.
- Attribution / analytics: limited technical identifiers for install and campaign attribution depending on SDKs in use.
2. Purposes
- Provide the game and maintain accounts and progress
- Validate purchases and subscription entitlements
- Send push notifications (when permitted)
- Security, fraud prevention and abuse prevention
- Performance, debugging and product improvement
- Comply with legal obligations
3. Legal bases
Depending on applicable law: performance of a contract, legitimate interests, consent (e.g. certain notifications/permissions) and legal obligation.
4. Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data with service providers (hosting, Firebase/FCM, RevenueCat, analytics/attribution, support tools) only as needed to operate the service. We may disclose data when required by law.
5. International transfers
Our infrastructure providers may be located in other countries. We take steps consistent with applicable safeguards.
6. Retention
We retain data while your account is active and as needed for legal/legitimate purposes. After an account deletion request, a 14-day grace period applies, followed by permanent deletion/anonymization (subject to mandatory retention).
7. Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and (where applicable) portability. Contact [email protected]. See also Account & Data Deletion.
8. Children
Bus Manager is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from users below the age permitted by law.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes may be communicated in-app or on the web. The current version is always published on this page.
