1. Personal data processed
- Identity / account identifiers, display name, social provider ID
- Contact data (email if shared), support correspondence
- Security data: device UUID, IP (in logs), session data, app version
- Transaction data: purchase/subscription records and entitlements
- Marketing communications: notification token (if permitted)
- Gameplay activity: progress, inventory, cooperative interactions
2. Purposes
Providing the service, account management, purchase validation, security, support, legal compliance, product improvement and (where permitted) notifications.
3. Legal bases (KVKK Arts. 5–6)
- Formation or performance of a contract
- Legal obligation of the controller
- Legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, improvement — without harming fundamental rights)
- Explicit consent where required
4. Transfers
Data may be transferred to hosting, Firebase/FCM, RevenueCat, analytics/attribution and support providers in Türkiye or abroad in accordance with KVKK transfer rules, and to public authorities when legally required.
5. Collection method
Data is collected electronically via the app, APIs, store/SDK integrations and support channels.
6. Retention
For as long as needed for the processing purpose and statutory periods; after a deletion request, deletion/anonymization follows a 14-day period (subject to mandatory retention).
7. Your rights under KVKK Art. 11
You may request information about processing, correction, deletion/destruction under Art. 7, notification of third parties, objection to results against you via automated systems, and compensation for unlawful processing. Contact [email protected] or send your request by post to İstanbul/Kadıköy.
